[issue] Textile links description by default not working
Under Advanced Preferences I have “Textile links description by default” set to “yes,” but my quotation marks aren’t curly like God intended them. Any suggestions?

Textile is applied when you save them, not “on-the-fly” later. Would that explain your problem?

I wondered about that, and re-entered some link decriptions and enter a new link with description, but it doesn’t seem to be applying Textile. I’m stumped. Is this a newish addition to Textpattern/Textile? I have the pre-release 4.0.4 version that reads as 4.0.3.

Well, above it’s getting Textiled, but on my site I just get the straight marks instead of quotes.
