Custom theme to another install

I have a custom template installed in one TXP install. (maple leaf theme) Is there a way to move just the customized files to another completely separate install? which and where are the customized files?

ie: in Wordpress, I just replace the customized style.css on the new install.

All Pages, Forms and Style are kept in the database.

You can:

• Have both admin sections open and cut and paste.
• Use the mcw_templates plugin – install it on both sites, then make a backup from one, ftp up the directory to the new install and then restore the templates.
