Expand search critera

I found this hack on how to expand the search criteria of textpattern, but i’m stuck on the first point, where it reads “find below at the Indexes the value ‘searching’”… what are these Indexes? Can’t find them anywhere in the textpattern table… Did anyone use this tutorial?

Thanks in advance

Re: Expand search critera

I’ve used the hack. When you go to phpMyAdmin, you should have a list of tables. Mine are in the left hand column. Click on textpattern. This will open this table. At the bottom you will find an area called Indexes. It’s a little table with Keyname, Type, Cardinality, Action and Field. One of the Keynames is called Searching. In this row is a symbol like a pen. Click on it to edit and add fields.

Re: Expand search critera

Hey thanks, i think i’m going blind… I couldn’t see it until you told me. Now it’s working perfectly. My only fear is if it will produce some conflict when the new txp 4.0.4 is released…
