r1917 - fresh install

Textpattern version: 4.0.3 (r1917)
PHP version: 5.1.4
MySQL: 5.0.21-community-nt
Server: Apache/2.0.58 (Win32) PHP/5.1.4
Server OS: Windows NT 5.1

Some observations:

• Articles tab – Category 1 Category 2 Comments headings missing
• Files tab – no headings cause there are no file downloads
• Comments tab – E-mail, Website, IP Status headings missing

I know the above headings are determined by content in the table cells but maybe we should populate the default article and comment with dummy data. I’m thinking in terms of users who start poking around on a new install to determine if they like Textpattern and demo sites like OpenSourceCMS.
