Are there any limitations for comments?
I know, from the FAQ, that “the limit on comment size is 64 kilobytes”. I assume this is for any individual comment. However, is there a limit on the number of comments allowed on a post, or a general ‘available space’ for comments alone?
In short, hypothetically, can a single post have like 500.000 comments?

Re: Are there any limitations for comments?
64kB is for a single comment. I don’t see any limitations on the number of comments in the textpattern code, although it will be difficult to manage that many comments on the admin side.

Re: Are there any limitations for comments?
I can confirm: there’s no limit to the number of comments, nor how big a filesize those comments are on the whole/when added together.
500,000 comments… what kind of article are these comments on?!
