Double columning
Ok, so I am going to make a special textpattern theme for my site, but I need just a general idea on how to achieve what I want.
What I am trying to do is a dual-blog. One half of the screen contains articles by one auther, and the other contains articles by another. If there already is a theme that has something similar – let me know. Thanks.

Re: Double columning
Hi,
Grab one of these frameworks from Concept Nova, I used it on the TxPlanet site and it was very easy to adapt to Textpattern.
Copy from the default CSS shipped with Textpattern anything you may need like comment styling, etc.

Re: Double columning
Thanks, it looks like a great site, but that’s not what I was asking for. I wondered how do I divide the articles so that they are displayed separately. Like submit them under different categories and then have two different lists. Is that a good idea?

Re: Double columning
OK. So, I will form my question like this. What code should I input in a form to make it display only the first article in a given (for example, section “A”) section.

Re: Double columning
Tag listings and if_section
<code><txp:if_section name=“A”><txp:article limit=“1”></txp:if_section></code>

Re: Double columning
Yeah, should have probably looked for it myself. Thanks a lot, though.
