messing with categories and sections...help

So,
website is <a href=“http://www.shifara-antique.ee/kunst/”>here</a>.

Now, I want to categorize all products and lose that navigation at the left sidebar (it’s static for sublevels’ purpose).
But, for categories the website uses default layout which is different than this.

I’d like to use for categories the same layout than for products, take a look at the html.
For products I have <body id=“kunst”> but for the rest of the site it’s <body id=“page_name”>

How can I set this to work right?
Tnx a lot.

This is a quick brainstorm. You could use article images in article_lists and some custom fields. The site looks like it is very textpatternable.

Re: messing with categories and sections...help

Link how my nav works at the moment – <a href=“http://www.shifara-antique.ee/vene-kunst/”>here</a>.

I am thinking about hand-coding entire navigation structure. And that’s a lot of work.
What I’d like to know is, how can I write the code that it would dynamically set categories…

what’s wrong here:

< div id=“toote-list” > < ul id=“master” > < li >< span onclick=“SwitchMenu(‘sub1’)” >< a href=”#” >Kunst< /a >< /span > < ul class=“submenu” id=“sub1” > < li >< span onclick=“SwitchSubMenu(‘subsub1’)” >< a href=”/vene-kunst/”>Vene kunst</a></span> < ul class=“subsubmenu” id=“subsub1”>< li > < a href=” < txp:site_url / > < txp:section name=“vene-kunst” / >/ < txp:category name=“maalid-vene” / >” > < txp:category name=“maalid-vene” title=1 / >< /a > < /li >< /ul > < /li > < li >< span onclick=“SwitchSubMenu(‘subsub2’)”>< a href=”/eesti-kunst/”>Eesti kunst</a></span> < ul class=“subsubmenu” id=“subsub2” >< li > < a href=” < txp:site_url / >< txp:section name=“eesti-kunst” / > /< txp:category name=“maalid-eesti” / >” > < txp:category name=“maalid-eesti” title=1 / > < /a > < /li >< /ul > < /li > < li ><span onclick=“SwitchSubMenu(‘subsub3’)”>< a href=”/euroopa-kunst/”>Euroopa kunst< /a >< /span > < ul class=“subsubmenu” id=“subsub3”>< li >< txp:category name=“maalid-euroopa” link=“1” / >< /li >< /ul > < /li > < /ul > < /li > < /ul >
< /div >
