Wondering if this is the best way to accomplish this?

On a golf site I’m developing I have an “instruction” section and it’s going to look similar to the instruction page on this site: <a href=“http://www.thegolfchannel.com/core.aspx?page=32000&dv=7913089&select=51”>http://www.thegolfchannel.com/core.aspx?page=32000&dv=7913089&select=51</a>

The one thing I am a little confused on how to duplicate is how to categorize everything similar to how they have it there. Example being like “Set-Up” has different categories like “grip, stance-alignment, routines” under it. Is there a way to do this with the plugin? Or could I only set it up so that it displays every category under the section “instruction” and it was just be an alphabetical list?
