fatal error bytes exhausted

I’ve tried to fix this problem, but I don’t think it’s with htaccess or my hosting. I think I messed something up and I don’t know how to fix it without starting over. I’d be greatful if someone would take a look at my issue. It seems like it’s trying to pull like 134 MB in the script.
Each time I try to leave a comment, the error is a little different.
http://queenmichelle.com/article/2/first-post#comment is the URL
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16 bytes) in /users/home/queenmichelle/web/public/textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php on line 1202
is the error.
I think I did something wrong with the presentation tab, with the archiving. Is there any way to go back to the defaults on it?? I made my own template, but I haven’t used any plugins.
If you want to log in as me you can e-mail me and i’ll let you.
Thank you in advance for any help!

Re: fatal error bytes exhausted

There’s nothing obviously awry in the tag trace or diagnostics that I can see. It sounds like you’ve probably created an infinite loop somehow. Perhaps a <txp:comments_form/> tag inside your comment_form form, or something like that.

A good start would be to try replacing your comment related forms with the defaults.

That might not fix it, but it should at least narrow down the possibilities.

Re: fatal error bytes exhausted

For what it’s worth for others searching this issue, mine was indeed an infinite-loop-type of error; my archives were trying to print the full archive for every article instance; no wonder the poor thing was maxed out. I’m sure it sounds really obvious—and probably was-however it was the last thing I tried in a very long list of various iterations and trials and eliminating things and all the things before I finally hit and cleared the issue (victory is mine!). My point is: the error is likely the result of something very reasonable and also very solvable — just must pinpoint it.
