rss_admin_db_manager does not work...

I downloaded the rss admin db manager plugin and I can’t get it to work.

I’m clicking on the “db_backup” tab under extensions. I then I have tried to set lock tabes to the “no” and “yes” position, and I’ve also tried setting debug mode to both “yes” and “no”. My backup path is “/public_html”, mysqldump path is “mysqldump”, mysql path is “mysql”. I then go down and click on “.sql file” so it saves the backup as a .sql file and then it just takes me to a 404 error page telling me that the page cannot be found. What am I doing wrong here?
