Slight pet-peeve

Would it be possible to remove the line break in comments_help(), from publish/comments.php @497-498? The line break ends up as a space in my browser, and I’d like to put the comments help link in parentheses, however, having a space between the parentheses ( as so ) looks kind of silly, I’d much prefer that space to be gone (like so).
