Hallo,
I’m running one of the new revisions of txp4.0.3 and am getting the “undefined function” error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function rss_safe_hed() in /users/home/.../public_html/textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php(501) : eval()'d code on line 106

I wasn’t previously running this plugin so I don’t know if the issue has to do with the new version of TXP or whether it’s incorrect setup/usage on my part..

But would love to see it working :)

I’m not sure.. I had tried changing all the instances in the plugin from rss_safe_hed to safe_hed, and of course that didn’t help.. I was thinking that there’s been a new changeset that broke the plugin.. but maybe someone who was using it before and has since upgraded to a new TXP revision would be better poised to validate/invalidate that theory.

Are you on 4.0.3 or are you using the latest from the development branch?

Ah so that explains it… this plugin hasn’t been updated for the most recent revisions, which are (I think) quite a bit different than 4.0.3 with respect to feeds. I’ll have to take a look at it soon.

I’m having the same problem as alicson. Is theere any chance of you providing an update anytime soon?

Using 4.0.3 (r1643) (The build from here)

Ok, there’s a tentatively fixed version available here for all users working off of the development branch (what will become v4.0.4). This will become the primary version after the v4.0.4 release.

Just a warning though, there may be bugs as it hasn’t been heavily tested.
