Should I capitalize the names of categories and sections?

Just wondering what your thoughts are?

Re: Should I capitalize the names of categories and sections?

I wouldn’t capitalize the names (used in the URL), but I would capitalize the titles. Most people, myself included, are used to typing in lowercase URLs. It’s less work :). If you were on a windows server, you could capitalize, since it’d be case insensitive.

Thanks, I found the documentation. lowercase for category names, and uppercase for the titles. Titles are for display purposes.

Re: Should I capitalize the names of categories and sections?

Well, I changed the category names to lowercase and the category titles to uppercase. However, they are still being displayed as lowercase through the output tag txp:category1.

I tried deleting the category and re-entering it. That didn’t work.

Any ideas?

Add title="1" to the tag (category1). :)
