[request] Dynamic Form Builder

Has anyone else put any thought into a plugin that would allow users to create web forms via the backend?

I was looking around and I came upon formfields.com, and they have a script called FormGen which looks like it might be portable into a TXP plugin.

Perhaps there are other similar products that someone might clue me in on…?

That’s sort of what I’m looking for, but I was really hoping for something that would allow TXP users to create the forms from the TXP admin. That’s why it’s a plugin request ;)
