Permlinks for hidden articles

When an article is set to hidden, it’s permlink location is still available, it should normally be a 404 or something. (If it would be hidden)

The permlink location though is still available and returns the section page of that article.

So my question is, how can I prevent those and if it is expected behavior.
(4.0.3 download version, mode set to section/title)
