[request] Gallery
What features would be wanted in a classic 3-tiered gallery plugin for textpattern?
Reason I ask? Well, I’m nearly completion (about 80%) of a gallery plugin that has been designed to closely emulate the functionality of “Gallery”, but as a txp plugin.
What features would be most wanted/needed?

If you’ve got an 80% finished plug in that approximates the functionality of Gallery, then you really need to talk to the other clever coders who are working to improve txp image handling. Or maybe, you’ve just got a great independent project that needs announcing a little more loudly ;-)
Image handling and gallery generation is IMO one of the most important developments that txp badly needs. There are already quite a lot of good plug ins and work-arounds, but so far no one’s produced one simple, kick-ass plug in that does everything you need.

Please check this out , and make a welcome contribution to the thread. If you’re developing a great gallery plug in, you really should start talking about it to lots of people :)
