r1539: Site Preferences Not Saving?

Just updated to r1539 via SVN, and have found that certain site preferences are not saving, even if the “Preferences saved” message appears.

Specifically, my preferences for time zone and Textile are not sticking:

• Textpattern reverts to GMT -12:00, no matter which zone I actually select. Previously, GMT -5:00 was my (correct) time zone.

• Textpattern reverts to Convert Linebreaks in “Use Textile”, regardless of what I actually choose.

Other preferences seem unaffected. I am using a custom version of <code>textpattern/lib/classTextile.php</code>, if that makes any difference.

Oh, and I’m hosted on Textdrive.
