Simple Admin Hack for Write Page
So I finally got fed up and got my hands slightly dirty in some PHP. It wasnt as bad as I thought actually.
Here is how my admin looks now.
Notice how the advanced options are now at the bottom and I have inserted the options I feel are truly advanced. It is easier on the eyes and most importantly, my clients are happy!
To install it yourself,
1. Make sure you backup your existing “txp_article.php” file, located in the “include” folder
2. Download Ace’s Mod
3. Slap it into your include folder
Done!
Sidenote: Thanks to this hack I also no longer need rss_show_advanced_options installed. Hooray for my shoddy PHP skills!!

Something’s wrong with the Mod file or link you provided – it’s only 159 bytes and only contains a coded warning:

That’s odd… works perfectly for me. Maybe something got corrupt on the upload and I should have zipped the file.
Edit: There were some problems with the above link but they have been fixed and confirmed to be working now. :)
