tag request: if_article_status status="live,sticky"

I’d like to request for a feature by which using a tag like <code><txp:if_article_status status=“hidden” /></code> I can display alternate content. I feel this will be extremely useful for websites which make use of txp’s wonderful article status options. We can use it in situations where you have taken the article offline and would like to tell the user that the article is not live anymore or something along the same lines.

I know a plugin can easily do this. But I think this can be part of txp’s core. Your feedback is appreciated.

Regards,
Vasanth

Re: tag request: if_article_status status="live,sticky"

You can create a section called ‘hidden’ and move the hidden articles in there.

ie

<code>
<txp:if_article_section name=“hidden”>
This article is now off line…
</txp:if_article_section></code>
