Portfolio site
Once I’d got the hang of Textpattern (at an intermediate level, mind – I still have loads to learn!), I redesigned my portfolio website using it (I’m a freelance graphic designer). I’d seen similar uses of thumbnail links, and I’ve made use of quite a few plugins, especially Coke Harrington’s article_custom and related_articles, and Kurt Raschke’s safe_excerpt, and found a lot of my questions already answered on this forum.
I use a Mac, and the site renders great in Safari and Firefox on a Mac. I’ve tried to make sure it works just as well in Internet Explorer (ugh!), but I’m still finding my way round all the IE hacks for CSS, so it might not look quite right still – I don’t have a PC so I haven’t been able to check yet.
