Datbase Doesn't Exist

I am hoping this is a simple answer. I did a thorough search on both the faq and forums and then used google to query it as well.

I have set up txp with htis company many times with no problem.

This time I am getting

Checking database connection…
Connected
Database name_txp doesn’t exist
</code>

I have checked the user name and all permissions are set up appropriately. I even opened up php myadmin and the DB is in fact listed. So I am at a loss as to what could be wrong. Any light that someone can shed would be greatly appreciated. Does the domain name be resolved or can I just set it up via the temp subdomain?

I had to contact the host to resolve the problem
