if_keywords?

I have now started to use keywords.
So I have now something like this:

Keywords: cars, house, plans,..etc.

But in my older articles are no keywords, so I have just:

Keywords:

Is some conditional tag or plugin, which would make condition if_keywords?
I have looked for some plugin, but haven’t found nothing.
