Show cat title or just art title if only 1 art in cat

Hi,

I have a sidebar of a section-dependent category1 list using cbs_category_list. Some of these categories will have just one article in, others several. I am outputing the category1 title as h2 in my main content, with the article below.

Is there a way so that when a category link in this list is chosen the following is met:

If only 1 article in category > do not show category title in main content > show article title only as h2 + full body of article
If more than 1 article in cat > show category title as usual > show linked article titles (as h3) + excerpts only

You could use a different form for the categories with only 1 article. (Use an override form on the articles tab)
