Planing, projecting etc

I have a small publishing house and I really think that I would need some kind of software, online, or local, to help me planing, and t keep track of what I have done, people involved in the project (translators, printers, authors etc.), and what to do and when, store images of covers, ISBN-numbers etc.

I started just six months ago, and very much of the time I am looking for info in some mail somewhere, so I need to centralize stuff. I would be very glad if it could be some free open source project, and also if it could be online.

So what kind of program am I looking for, I do not know what to call it, so, anyone out there that could give me a hint?

Thanks for the tip, but naah.. more something you could install self, and have on your own server or computer.

Taskfreak is not really either what I am looking for…
Anyhow… Maybee I should use my vacaion and write it myself :)
