Re: [redacted]
Very nice site!! and the project sounds fun to me. Jus tone question: who are the people behind the project or is this just one person – you?

Gorgeous graphics, stunning at first sight. I wish I had that certain talent.
Plus a convincing idea, though I might shy away due to the amount of details I wouldn’t bear an instant answer for, and be scared to exhibit a flat personality.

Thank you, stdmedia :)
I love those little balloons lifting up letters on your website. Very cool.

Re: [redacted]
Jina,
I like the look of the site, the tabs, typeface and layout.
I am having a few problems with the contrast in the green header area and have to get my laptop screen just-so to see things clearly. Once I hit that elusive angle all looks great!
This is just an idea; have you asked anyone with Deuteranope or Protanope colour blindness to check out your link colour choice to see if it is legible to them? I tried running the site through the VisCheck colour-blindness simulator but it didn’t like it :( Might be worth checking out if you haven’t already.

Regarding the contrast of the header, is it that it’s too dark unless viewed at a certain angle? I’m viewing it on my laptop and also experience this occasionally.
Yes, that’s about it. At most angles there is hardly any contrast between the green background gradient of the header and the tab colour /picture border so it appears just to be one block colour. However, get the screen angle right and the contrast is there and it’s nice and subtle.
Also, thank you for pointing out the link colour choice and its legibility with colour blind visitors.
I’m not colourblind so I’m not pointing out a problem, just an area worth checking out. AFAIK, most colour blindness is red-green and your site uses a red-on-green icon in the header and green hypers.
I tried running it through the link you referenced but alas, it wouldn’t work. Thank you for bringing the point up, I shall most definitely look into it.
Yeah, I couldn’t get it to work on the site either. You can however, take a screenshot and upload that to the simulator and it’ll post its simulation as an image. Unfortunately it posts a thumbnail which is too low res to be much use checking the site. There seem to be some photoshop plugins too but I haven’t tried them (as I don’t have photoshop).
