Presentation > Pages > gives me an error and site died
I’m new the TXP and loved it until this afternoon, when editing a page, I got this error…
*Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /users/home/tony.jones/web/public/textpattern/lib/txplib_db.php on line 264
Warning: mysql_free_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /users/home/tony.jones/web/public/textpattern/lib/txplib_db.php on line 266
Notice: Undefined variable: out in /users/home/tony.jones/web/public/textpattern/include/txp_page.php on line 125
Warning: join() [function.join]: Bad arguments. in /users/home/tony.jones/web/public/textpattern/include/txp_page.php on line 125*
All the pages in the site now say Unknown section. I can see all of the other tabs in the administration, but can not see this. I do not think I was doing anything except editing a page (archive).
Any help would be welcome — I’m supposed to have this site live and ready for a board meeting on Monday morning. I was about 90% finished when this occured.

Re: Presentation > Pages > gives me an error and site died
I know for certain that it is a corrupt _page table in the mysql database, phpMySqlAdmin can not open the table. Does anyone have any ideas how to restore that table or a resouce that will show me how to get at it to edit it?
This is the error msg…
- - Can’t open file: ‘evtxptxp_page.MYI’ (errno: 145)
I’m also a novice with mySQL — your help is much appreciated.

Go to your sections tab. Does everything appear in order?
Edit: bah, too slow to see Tim’s update…

Re: Presentation > Pages > gives me an error and site died
The procedure for repairing a table depends on your hosting company. Their support information might help. This FAQ has some pointers.

Alex — the FAQ exactly fixed it — I was ready to drop the table and try to manually rebuild — but all is well with the repair — took all of 5 seconds.
