comment form disappears upon preview!
On my site, I have in my single page template this code: < div id=“commentForm”> < txp:comments_form form=“comment_form” /> < /div>
Going to a single page, the comment form shows up fine. < div id=“commentForm”> < form method=“post” action=”/article/in-honor-of-jean-grey#cpreview” id=“txpCommentInputForm”>< !—blahblahform stuff—></form> < /div>
Then, if I try to submit a comment, the preview shows up, and the comment form disappears. < div id=“commentForm”>
< /div>
You can see the site at http://sibol.in What’s going on? This wasn’t a problem before, as you see I’ve made several test comments before. The only plugins I’ve installed since then are vdh_flickr, rss_live_search, and nhn_livecommentpreview. I uninstalled nhn, and have tried disabling vdh and rss, but all to no avail. What happened?
Thanks for anyone that can help.

Re: comment form disappears upon preview!
Add "preview="1" to your comments_form tag. Any difference?

Re: comment form disappears upon preview!
Wow Mary, that was an amazing fast and helpful reply. Thanks! Just wondering, why is preview = (not 1) even an option? Since there is no option to bypass the preview, there will always need to be a comment form during the preview, no?
Thanks again!

Re: comment form disappears upon preview!
It’s complicated.
It’s been changed in svn so that preview=“1” is there by default, so at least users know about it.
