Allow guests to post articles in a specific section

Hello there,
Is there a way that I can allow my guests to post new articles in a specific section called “Your Stories”
I was thinking to setup a “freelance” author account and make the user/pass public so that anyone can login and post an article. But how would I then force the article to go in the “Your Stories” section?
