Using my font inventory, “arial” is used for copy text. Which results in a rather hard to read text I particularly attribute to the additional letter-spacing:

body {font:12px/22px "Helvetica Neue", helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color:#ddd; letter-spacing:0.5px;}

This might not show when the primary fonts are present (MacOS).
