How do I rename a TXP's category?

I’d like to rename some of my TXP’s categories. Is there any tips to do this? Or do I have to manually run a SQL query to change this?

In case it needs SQL query to change this, which tables and data will I have to change?

I would have thought it’s a matter of Content -> Organise -> Article Categories -> Click on a category and change the name and title. Or am I being a noob and missing something obvious?

Of course it can be edited, the name and title seperately even. As has been said:

Content -> Organise -> Article Categories -> Click on a category
