Question about links

Hi, now that I’ve got used to Txp and not royally screwed up my site I feel comfortable asking this. There is a site I have always adored, it’s http://www.noahslark.com the blog of greymatter creator Noah Grey. Obviously he doesn’t use Txp, he uses a combo of greysight and greymatter, but there is a particular feature I was wondering if Txp was capable of and if so, how to pull it off. See in the sidebar he has a near-daily link list he called Lark Links. I was wondering how I could do something similar to that in Txp. I have been poking around, but am entirely unsure of the link set up for Txp in the first place much less how to make a daily list!

As always, any suggestions, tips, explainations, etc would be greatly appreciated.
