.htaccess and flash project
I’m having trouble running a set of flash swf files and content those swf files access (xml, images, mp3’s, etc) from within a textpattern page. Basically there’s a loader swf that accesses a set of other swf movies, all of which are in one folder together.
They work fine being embedded in a textpattern page when all of the content is in the root directory of my site and it works fine when run on it own, not embedded in html/txp.
However, if I try and put this flash project in a separate folder in the root directory (to clean things up a bit), textpattern or the .htaccess file seems to make my flash files think they are still in root and thusly all of their internal links are broken.
Is there something I need to add to my .htaccess file to make this work, say if I put my flash swf file and all of their corresponding content in the “files” directory? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Re: .htaccess and flash project
thanks for the links, unfortunately I already tried the <txp:site_url /> method and it did not work. Basically any other swf that is called by the swf embedded in the txp page thinks it’s in the root directory and not the files directory. I was wondering if I had to edit my .htaccess file to allow txp to access that directory or something to that effect.

Re: .htaccess and flash project
Sounds like a flash problem, not a htaccess problem.
