Reply to comments
I’d like to be able to reply to comments. In simple terms, I want to be able to add comments that are formatted differently because they came from me.
See this example:

I can’t find a plugin for it…
Any ideas?

If you are the author of an article and have control of how the TXP site is setup then it can be done. Having the author’s replies to comments styled differently is quite a common thing to do and there are plugins you can use to do it.
If you have a site to yourself (single author site) then try out the ajw_if_comment_owner plugin from compooter
It’s quite flexible and even allows you to style other people’s comments differently, not just your own.
For multi-author sites try the sed_comment_pack plugin from TXP Plugins!
