Problem displaying & posting comments

Generating the article-page, I get a piece of code that is visible on the html-page:
/index.php?id=3#cpreview” id=“txpCommentInputForm”>

On another installation http://www.letterhoofd.be/txp/programma/eet-van-mij
I don’t have that issue, although my pages and forms are identical.

Does anyone know what could be the problem?

P.S. This is my first site with Textpattern. It took a while until I understood the concept of sections, categories, pages and forms; but now I see the full potential of it!
