display image thumbnails

what is the txp tag for displaying a image thumbnail ? : txp:image id=“17” / : – is there an attribute for the thumnbail?

another thing, I would like to show random thumbnails in a section, I guess this could be used together with the article_image, so each thumbnail could have a link to the article which its associated?

hmm, more thinking; is it possible to create a link that wrap the thumbnail image with the very same ID as the image? so if displaying thumbnail ID 20, then link to article ID 20?

Have a look at wet_article_thumb and/or wet_thumbfilter.
