Is it possible to edit pages templates directly ?

… rather than via the textpattern interface ?

I’m rather attached to my html editor, you see.

At the moment, I am switching between my editor and my browser, cutting, pasting and all sorts of carry on.

It is inconveniant and time consuming. But, a more acceptable option than editing by hand in textpattern.

I looked around the textpattern filesystem to see if I could find the page templates stored somewhere, hoping to be able to edit directly.
No such luck.

Bob, the page templates are stored in the database. Cut and paste is your only option mate, sorry.
