...'posted in the last 10 days' instead of txp:article's limit by #?
Hi!
Maybe I’m getting crazy or just old, but I can’t find a method to do something that I think is probably very easy: I want to display in my front page the articles posted in the last 15 days, and NOT the last 15 (or whatever) articles. The default limit-by-number of the txp:article tag doesn’t work good enough for me…
You may be wondering why. That’s because I’ve set up a linklog similar to kottke’s famous remaindered links: that is, I’m displaing both standard articles and links as two different sections in the front page, and so the number of articles multiplies rapidly every day… Of course I could just put a higher number in the limit, but I was thinking of a more rational approach.
(An even more sophisticated approach would be to set up a limit for both the two different sections displayed in the front page, but that sounds even more difficult, right?)
Thanks for any word of help…

This plugin contains a set of conditional tags for bracketing dates: Plugin Link, there is a usage example on Textcastle

Ok, thanks!
But there’s no way to do it without adding a plugin, eh?
I’ll give it a try, then…

Not at present, anyway. :)
