Links Directory integration

Hi

I know textpattern has a built in links facility, but I am looking at something a little more in-depth with the possibility of holding 1000’s of links in around 70 categories.

Has anyone integrated a links directory (like www.phpmydirectory.com or www.cplinks.com or anything similar) into textpattern?
