Installation: Bug or Something Else?
I revised and uploaded the config.php files and then clicked “I did it” to go to the next screen, but all that appeared was a blank TP setup page.
When refreshing or highlighting and hitting enter in the URL box, I am brought back to the first page of setup asking for the language. Is this a bug or something else? How can it be resolved?

did you rename the config.php file? ie You have to delete the .default at the of it.

Re: Installation: Bug or Something Else?
I did. One thing I noticed was that the file kept opening in an expired version of Adobe GoLive. I am not sure how it would impact anything, but I did save it as a word doc just in case. I also deleted the config.php.default file. Any other ideas?

Re: Installation: Bug or Something Else?
Now I get: Looks like Textpattern is already installed. If you want to make a clean install, please remove config.php from your /home/samplesite/public_html/textpattern directory and try again.

Temporarily remove config.php and try running the install again.
