[request] Extra comment field

Hello!

I could really use a plugin that would allow me to add an extra input field to comments; in my case a ‘title’ field. It has been briefly discussed in this thread. In short the plugin would need to be able to do this:

1. Provide a tag for inserting the extra input field into the comment form.
2. Save the input of that field into a field in the database table txp_discuss. It would be quite alright if I had to manually add that field to the table.
3. Provide a tag for output of that table field in the comments form.
4. Provide access to the contents of that extra table field in the comments view of the admin space and thereby allow editing.

Is anyone currently working on anything similar to this, or does it already exist? Is anyone taking requests? ;-)
