Comment Preview Button Won't Work

I’m sure its someting simple but I’ve exhausted my search.

Once I fill out all the comment forms I hit the preview button and nothing happens.

I did read the FAQ but I must have missed it. I did read that first one though. You should read <a href=“http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=patronize”>this</a>. The third one would help you the most. Thanks for your help.
