Re: CSS Reboot

I was very apprehensive about submitting my amateur abilities for many to see, but then I thought why not and it has motivated me enough to get a completely new design up and running.

The good part about is that everyone is a winner really and it’s just a great opportunity to see lots of new designs and upcoming trends across a wide mix of web software.

And a tag for Textpattern. Good idea. Once the Reboot is back online I will go and add it.

Re: CSS Reboot

OMG! Today? Where’s that Photoshop icon?!

Crap. I think I’ll just wait for next time then. Besides, I just launched my site recently anyway. :)

Re: CSS Reboot

The CSSReboot site is pretty heavily /.ed the last couple of days.

I only had my redesign half finished so it will have to have it’s own private “reboot” latter in the month. I’m also not sure I like the new “pay for exposure” feature. It used to be a showcase within the web design community. While it still has that aspect it seems to have been submerged slightly and has taken a turn into becoming another advertising venue ( though designers advertising to other designers seems a bit silly to me ).

Re: CSS Reboot

I count 22 sites listed at the reboot with a textpattern tag but maybe I am missing the point here?

Re: CSS Reboot

Thanks for catching the sites Bastian. Nice reboots everyone! It is a shame the ratings are so negative—there isn’t even a four or five star site yet!

Is it a bad thing if I’m “re-rebooting”? I’ve got another design completed (with a lot of TXP features), but I haven’t uploaded yet. Why? Well, I’m supposed to be finished with four client sites, and I’ve got three done, so I can’t show any site updates until then :D.
