www.whattheheckfest.com
A brand spanking new website for What The Heck Fest, the bestest and almost smallest music festival in the West. We play and watch music, swim, eat together, go garage shopping, camp, hike, etc.
The Festival and I are both located in Anacortes, Washington.
The site is fluid-width and uses the rei_show_custom and zem_contact plugins.
It hasn’t been fully tested yet in IE, but meh.
While I’m at it, I also recoloured my portfolio site today. Actually, I removed all colour. It is now greyscale.

Another beautiful one, inspector!
Really like it.
One question: why (or for what) did you use rei_show_custom?

Maniqui-
Thanks for the nice feedback!
As far as rei_show_custom goes, here is my explanation. There’s probably an easier way to do this, but this seemed to be the quickest for what I was doing.
On the band listings page, you see how there is the thumbnail floating on the left, the name of the band, a sentence about the band, and then a link to more content? The name of the band is the Title of an article, the sentence is the Excerpt, and the link is the permalink to the full article. The image floating on the left is in a custom field, so that it’s easily separated from the content of the article. This is because there’s multiple people working on the site and I didn’t want the code for the image to be included with the body content of the article – it would be too easy for someone to mess up.
With the code for the image in the custom field, it is separated and hard to eff up. The rei_show_custom lets me show this custom field in my article form for the band.
Hopefully this makes sense. Would there have been an easier way to accomplish this?
Edit: I am trying to show what the form looks like but HOW DO YOU DISPLAY CODE in these forums?

Re: www.whattheheckfest.com
I think you can use directly the built-in tag: txp:custom_field :)
BTW: sometimes, the lightbox script doesnt seems to work: the images doesnt load, it just show the loading animation…
