CMS for publishing on multiple servers

<p>Hi,<br />
We are planning to launch our website <a href=“http://www.webaroo.com”>webaroo</a> using a CMS. The following constraints should be considered: we need to publish on multiple servers (for load balancing, staging, etc.) and soon, we may launch in multiple languages. I was wondering whether this can be achieved in TxP or there is a more appropriate CMS out there for this. <br />
We cannot spend oodles of money to buy one of the high end CMSes, and would highly appreciate any pointers…<br />
