Diagnostics dosent show anything at all (almost)

When navigating to the Diagnostics the page just shows a dropdown navigation (the one that usually sits at the bottom) and the logo followed by this:

<blockquote> Textpattern · 4.0.3
Logged in as Administrator
Log out </blockquote>

There really isnt anything more than that..

What should I do?

Depends. If this is a brand new install or update, try re-uploading all of Textpattern’s files.

If you just activated a plugin, disable it.

Do you know what version of PHP you’re using?

It is a new install, will try re-uploading the files.

PHP Version 5.1.2

And absolutly plugin free..

edit:
May add that everything else seems to work.
