Bitch Kitty Racing
Bitch Kitty Racing is a non-fiction lifestyle journal of the fun life. For example, we have a how-to article about filling a bathtub with Jell-O, and a complete photo essay of twenty people in the Jell-O filled tub. The truth is often far more fun than fiction, and we’re going to prove it!
This site is the work of Keith Bingman in Singen, Baden-Wurttemburg, Germany and John Moroney of Seattle, Washington.

Re: Bitch Kitty Racing
Wow. :) The site name is just begging for a mascot.
The costume section gives me flashbacks of the local Ren-faire, except the ones in the photos have more clothes on, but I digress. The layout and design of the site is simple and functional, which is a good thing. I don’t think it quite captures the feel of the content though, unless your purpose was to let the content speak for itself. I found the site extremely functional with CSS turned off. Excellent, Smithers!
Bonus points for women in skimpy outfits.
I don’t know whether or not it’s supposed to be there, but the top of the content container has a 1px border, whereas I do not see one on the bottom.

Re: Bitch Kitty Racing
Thank you. I’ll look into the 1px bit, and I sincerely appreciate the critique. The site not matching the content? Interesting . . . I hadn’t thought of that, but you may be right.

Re: Bitch Kitty Racing
What I meant by the site not matching the content was that all the photos were very “active” as far as content, and pretty much everything I saw had a lightly colored background (sometimes, like with the costumes, an all-white backdrop). The site itself had a dark background with rather straight-laced looking text. None of that was a distraction from the content, though. It was just something I noticed.
