php related I18N resources/INFO
Usually after reading and scrolling through these kind of documents, especially the w3c ones make me feel sick for hours afterwards,
especially when having increased ones understanding about these matters with an increase value of aproximately 0.1 %,
THIS one reads nicely, it’s allso more related to PHP.(Usefull read allso for Developers)
(keep in mind though, that it’s mostly related to php6)

I agree, that’s why’ve been linking to the wact page from the textbook for ages: http://textpattern.net/wiki/index.php?title=Unicode_Support#UTF-8_Support_in_PHP ;)
I have also put a couple o links to other introductory articles that I find prety well. While those topics can make your head hurt when first getting into it, it is really worth it. And once you grok it, it makes a lot of sense.
