no option to create image thumbnail
Textpattern site on a Windows server… when editing an image, not seeing the option to create a thumbnail
is this because certain php libraries (if that’s the correct term) are missing?

The GD library has to be part of PHP in order to have this feature working. phpinfo() lists each of PHP’s modules, so you should be able to find it there in case it is installed:
