I’m surprised you have the time to get all this sorted what with all the hard work you must be putting into Wordpattern and all. :)

Re: to r1274: Atom changes
Just upgraded my main site to r1274. When I have it set to “Live” in “Preferences” I get a listing in “Diagnostics” like so:-
<code>dev_version_live: /include/txp_category.php,
/include/txp_plugin.php,
/include/txp_auth.php,
/include/txp_form.php,
/include/txp_section.php,
/include/txp_tag.php,
/include/txp_list.php,
/include/txp_page.php,
/include/txp_discuss.php,
/include/txp_prefs.php,
/include/txp_log.php,
/include/txp_preview.php,
/include/txp_image.php,
/include/txp_article.php,
/include/txp_css.php,
/include/txp_admin.php,
/include/txp_link.php,
/include/txp_diag.php,
/lib/txplib_misc.php,
/lib/classTextile.php,
/lib/txplib_db.php,
/publish/taghandlers.php,
/publish/atom.php,
/publish/comment.php,
/publish.php</code>
<br />
and when I switch to “Testing” or “Debugging” it disappears and I get the all clear. Is that meant to happen? The site is fine by the way.

Re: to r1274: Atom changes
It’s a feature – perhaps not a good one, I’m not sure yet.
dev_version_live means, “you’re running the development/test version of Textpattern in Live mode, which is probably not a good idea”. It’ll only show up when you have files with a higher revision number than the release version, and production status is at Live.
The language string isn’t updated because the server has a problem with underscores, btw.

Re: to r1274: Atom changes
Well if I’m adding to or messing with a site I tend to switch to “Testing” or “Debugging” mode then when I’ve finished and everything is OK I switch back to “Live”. I’ve noticed that one of the servers that I have a couple of sites on churns out an error.log file if I don’t switch back to “Live”. As long as I know the list is meant to be there I don’t have a problem with it. How useful it is I’m not sure. What about just a simple “You are running a development version in “Live” mode” message?
