[issue] HTML-escaped entities in URLs lost in editing comments
If you edit a comment via the admin interface, and this comment contains links containing characters such as ampersands that should be escaped, the XHTML source that appears in the edit box contains these characters unencoded. If you save it as is, the unescaped characters make the resulting XHTML invalid.
